1) WHERE IS GFG BAG MANUFACTURER LOCATED?
We have several locations in Shishi, China, and an office in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA.
2) WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?
Our MOQ depends on the specific product you want to make. Typically, MOQ is between 100 to 1000 pieces. Call for specific details.
3) DO YOU OFFER DESIGN SERVICES?
Yes, we do provide design services, and we can help bring your design to life!
4) HOW DO I GET AN ESTIMATE?
There are two ways you can get an estimate: 1) Simply call and speak with one of our representatives, or 2) Send us your specifications via email, and we will begin your estimate immediately and contact you once we have the price and other pertinent information.
5) WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on your order quantity and complexity. Typically, the average lead-time is between 4 to 8 weeks.
6) HOW LONG TO SHIP THE FINISHED PRODUCTS?
Shipping times will vary depending on how you want to ship the goods. We offer shipping by sea and air. Typically, smaller and lighter products ship via air, but larger and heavier products such as handbags ship by sea. And, of course, it also depends on the order quantity as well. Shipping by sea typically takes four weeks, and shipping by air usually takes only a few days. Faster service is available via air, but there is an extra cost involved, so plan early to get the best rates.
7) WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our payment terms are 30–50% down and the remaining balance due before shipping. Terms may be allowed, but not for first time customers. Once a relationship is established and a credit check is completed, we may offer terms of 15 to 30 days ROG. Payments or deposits are wired to our company bank account via TT.
8) DO YOU MAKE SAMPLES?
Yes, we do make samples for our customers before we start production. Samples will be based on your design. Once the sample is completed, we will mail it to you for approval. Revisions can be made if necessary. Once we receive your approval, we will start production.
9) HOW MUCH DOES THE SAMPLE COST?
Sample cost depends on the product you are developing, but once you order, it will be given back to you as a credit towards the final price.
10) CAN YOU PRODUCE BASED ON MY DESIGN?
Yes, we can! We are a bag manufacturer and related promotional products company, and we can produce based on your specifications. Call for specific details.
11) IS MY JOB ON SCHEDULE?
GFG Bag Manufacturer works diligently to make sure your job schedule is met on time. Simply call your customer service agent, and they can give you immediate updates.
12) HOW LONG HAS GFG BEEN IN BUSINESS?

We provide one on one personal customer service, quality control, on time manufacturing, and competitive prices.
13) WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS?
Once we have your product designs, we will start the process by making a sample product. Once the sample is complete, we will ship it to you for your approval, and production will begin immediately after your approval has been received. Lead times vary depending on the product, but it usually takes between 4 to 8 weeks to manufacture, depending on the complexity and quantity ordered. Once the product has been manufactured, our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure our high standards are met. 14) WILL YOU KEEP OUR DESIGNS CONFIDENTIAL?
GFG Bag Manufacturer deals with many companies, all of which have confidentiality issues, so you can rest assured that all communications will be kept confidential. We do sign and honor confidentiality agreements. Simply email us the agreement, and we will sign it and email it back to you.
15) WHAT IS THE PRICE?
